» UpdatedHello, As of approximately 10:00 UTC we have been experiencing some problems in one of our internal services that is causing we are not processing our ftp files. This alerts don't cause any problem in our production systems. We are working to solve the problem ASAP. Sorry for any inconvenience these can cause.
