» UpdatedWe have identified the root cause of the issue. We suffered an unexpected service interruption caused by a wrong routing in one services located in the American continent. At first step the traffic has been progressive balanced to Europe and at second step the routing problem fixed. All the traffic have been restored at 12:52 UTC. The incident just affect to the clients that have their servers in America
